When Nehemiah rallied the people in faith, they rebuilt Jerusalem’s broken walls in just 52 days … Nehemiah 6:15.
“And it happened, when all our enemies heard of it, and all the nations around us saw these things, that they were very disheartened in their own eyes; for they perceived that this work was done by our God.”

INSIGHT
Since the beginning of time, God has been inviting mankind to trust Him and believe the impossible! He casts His vision! He gave to Adam who did not steward the call. He gave to Abraham who left it all! He traveled to a new land, to create a kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven! And God gave him a promise to make his name great: “Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.” Genesis 12:1-2 And the great dream and large task God spoke for all the nations of the world to be blessed… that time is now! The greatest news must be delivered to this generation!
America’s Founding Fathers dared to believe, trust and act upon God’s word! The birth of America was a miraculous dream … to build a land of opportunity, free of tyranny. This dream required the people to be in unity, a collective mindset, an accomplishment that free people had never attempted before. America’s framers cast this vision of one nation under God, to be passed from generation to generation. They declared their pledge to lay down their lives, their honor and their fortunes following the example from father Abraham.
Let’s remember America’s great dream first penned by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
This great nation is to be stewarded from generation to generation. Ronald Reagan reminds us: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”
President Trump has dared to believe the impossible, but for God! Within six months, he has secured America’s borders! Has ended the never-ending war! Has exposed and rooting out corruption! It marvels the accomplishments of the Declaration of Independence as well as the passing of The Constitution of the United States. Those impossible dreams required unity of the people to accomplish a task and the favor of God to see it through!
But yet, there remains a mighty work that only the people can do: Rebuild America, One Nation Under God, For Generations. This is the great Turnaround! How? We must share the love and knowledge of God to the next generation. We must begin when they are young for when else is there to lay a firm foundation?

There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government.”
Can we fulfill the great commission by reaching the next generation? Will we, the Body of Christ, bring the love and knowledge of God to the little children?
PRAYER
George Washington leads us:
“The time is now near at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be freemen or slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their houses and farms are to be pillaged and destroyed, and themselves consigned to a state of wretchedness from which no human efforts will deliver them. The fate of unborn millions will now depend, under God, on the courage and conduct of this army. Our cruel and unrelenting enemy leaves us only the choice of brave resistance, or the most abject submission. We have, therefore, to resolve to conquer or die.”
Father God, we dedicate our plans to believe the impossible dream of rebuilding America one nation under God for generations. Please guide and direct our steps. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
